    Why Evil Spirits spell is not working with this stats ? And somethimes my char dosent even react when i click the right mouse buton .. i dont have pend or wepon + speed ..

    That's a normal thing, you gotta add points to ur Agility. Even if ure not using a weapon + speed, that is going to happen.
