miragent quest bugged?

    I'm doing miragent quest for my gunner and after the quest for the pants(sanctum decoration)
    there's no next quest for the armor/breastplate part.

    i already have a other char with that title(miragent holy templar) is this affect it?
    and i make hot heart of magic using that char(the one who is already finish the quest) is this also affect it?

    can someone tell me it is a bugged or did i do something wrong(like taking a shortcut in hot heart of magic crafting)?
