It first happened to my N.O.W. and 1 ABG corundum ring yesterday Alente.

It was in my storage. Then when i logged back after shitting. Their slots in the storage were empty.

Now When i was all ready to PvP (Since I just woke Up)
My character was as good as naked, Just like having finished sex and he just put some clothes back on)

 

Nice way to describe it 0_o

At least something is being done about it

 

Well I had my pants one earring, one ring, and gloves on.
Not to mention I think Fenrir misplaced his spear during sex.

I need to keep on fighting in Lumiel to get players interested in the server.
PVP is the key, good PVP to lure people and make them interested.

It seem that the purchase log is missing ABG leather Leggings but i Still have the item (So far)
Can you confirm that it is visible on your end?!

 

Alright well I don't know what you're doing but it seems to only be you.

Your items are being flagged as if you're trying to dupe them, thus deleting them.

So whatever on earth you're doing with these items you need to stop doing it -.-

Logging in now to restore them and I see you've noticed your credit refund.

 

Now that confuses me.
I fight in PVP.
Purchase them directly to my characters.
And thats duping?

Hmmm.. Does mailing them from Lightning to Fenrir Count?
Since I was scared my inventory was full?

With the upgrades and GS i hope.
And I dont need to dupe, You saw my credits didnt you Alente?

aw... only donators should be attention about lost items???? are they the only who have the right to get a refund or given their items back?? (

well i guess so, but i sent my chat log, and 1 special person said that, "this issue never happened before" so they wont give my gear back, i know its not much around like 7k credits only, but still, i should have benefits of the returns, even a normal player should have their side be heard.

 

I can assist donators like this because when they purchase an item it creates an entry in our database logging the item's purchase date, name, character, account and most importantly the unique ID.

With this unique ID I can track exactly where the item is currently located, in the case of this gentleman all the listed items weren't in storage somewhere or on another character - they were completely gone without a trace.

Due to this they could be restored, with regular trades and other things like that it's a lot harder since I don't have a massive pool of logs and searching tools to draw upon. We try to help everyone but at the end of the day donations are the most logged thing on any server which makes things regarding them a lot easier.

The poster has had his items restored.

 

so now, my issue is true right, its been happening to many of our players not only me, then should i have the same benefit that this guys is having?? i know my lost items isnt much, but atleast i really worked hard for it
