Missing alchemy recipes from Eternal Winter region

Hello,
With the addition of the Mountain of Eternal Winter, the grinding spots and the Labreska Helmet, it seems everything made it to the GameZ servers except the new alchemy recipes that use the new gathering materials from that region. I tried crafting the Elixir of Destruction with all the correct materials at Master 30 Alchemy and I just get a dialog window that just says "Seems like this combination isn't working".

Please give us some info as to what is happening with the alchemy recipes for the new region and if we can expect them anytime soon
