    Make sure your client is fully updated, you're missing some files. If so, open your NCSoft Launcher & repair your client by clicking File Repair in the left corner.
    Afterwards downgrade your client in order to connect to Gamez the few coming days. http://forum.gameznetwork.com/threads/guide-downgrade-4-5-0-25-to-4-5-0-14.180069/
