Missing Characters

hi, i havent been playing aion for about a 3-4 months, n when i checked i lost all my characters on the east sever.1 char still exist on the west buy all my char on the east sever are gone.i have no idea what is going on,something about new emulator?pls help!

 

are you sure your not playing aion about 3 to 4 months? coz those player who inactive in 7 months and above are deleted when the server update on 2.0 or 2.1 version i guess,.

 

Read this please. I think you better read this. It is possible that you made a mistake with a 3-4 months oldand more than likely that the last logins.

Yes i think this happened whit your char's.

 

Yes, your account's data has been wiped, including credits.

Take this as an example in the future: A login a day/week/month keeps the wipe away.
