Missing gear and new characters on my account after 2 years of inactivity///

Hello there!

I've been playing on this server with my friends in pre-covid times, we haven't been playing since 2020 and now we decided to shot some nostalgia and grind for a while.
I downloaded the game and realized that all my progress was gone, all i found were my characters being looted and everything is left is just around 30m silver xD.
Is it possible to check if there were any suspicious connections to my account from different ip adresses?
I was also wandering if you guys could make an account backup, for instance to the last purchased premium or something.

I also lost 2 characters. Witch and a Lhan. I just came back from a couple of months a rest. what happen? I spent a lot of time with those characters.

 

why is there no update from the admin regarding this issue?
