Missing Items On My Account Please HELP

    Hey I really need help. I recently made a server transfer my eloyos from lumiel to siel and since then I been losing items when I go to equip it some random weapons pop up on my character but when i look at the weapon its not there. I equipped x2 abg swords on this char and when I looked at it. One of the abg swords dissapeared and turned into this green weapon. I know this is a bug I have screen shots proving I had the abg swords please check my records as you will see my character is bugged
