Missing ABG items: Turned into duped boots

My girlfriend was leveling up a new ranger, and the server crashed. She left game and logged in after the reboot. and this happened
here's all the items in warehouse replaced by some item she never picked up actually


she had 4 ABG accessories and +15 anuhart ranger set+crit with taha bow+15+crit



4 ABGs: i gave her 2 earrings, and she bought 2 other pieces herself , here are the SS just to show that we had ABGs. other 3 pieces of ABG are still on my glad.

we don't have any SS for anuhart set +taha bow, but i hope there's something like a histor/ log that you can check and help us.

Edit: she expanded the vault 8 more slots and those free slots were filled with those boots too. so yea, boot invasion. HELP!

 

server crashes do mysterious things @_@. for future reference, when server is laggy/about to crash u should log out to prevent any kind of rollbacks. also avoid trades and using your warehouse

 

ok thx. she closed the game when the notice about server reboot showed up. only after the reboot she checked the warehouse and this happened.

Now that 2.0 is here , i hope someone has time for these kind of issues. I know there are a lot of bigger issues. But this is the biggest issue for me, and I'm a player here, so that counts.

Yeah. Its out of my control. Ill see if I can get a S.GM to assist with this.
