Resolved Missing Items

I bought 1000 Caphras Stones, placed them in the marketplace to sell and they disappeared and the market froze and said unable. I have tried relogging, switching servers. Please replace my 1000 Caphras Stones I got through Artisan Memory and Pearls.

Someone deleted this post yesterday. I would like an answer, I spent real money to buy pearls this isn't that I missed out on your free ones. Show some customer service and please provide an answer.

My opinion is that, best if you can further add in roughly the time and date of when did you buy them, when did you place them, when did you find them disappear.
Also, I believe including the screenshot of how "the market froze and said unable" would help your case.
