Missing Kakao Cash

Hello!
This is my second purchase and I bought 60 days of premium before. For my first purchase, I got Kakao Cash ingame after I made the purchase online.
Now with my second purchase, I've purchased 100 Dollars netting me "52500" Cash on the side and went and spent it right away. On 3x Hedgehogs, One Rare Critter box and a permanent Compass. This did not increase my Kakao Cash ingame, despite me relogging and clicking "Refresh" a bunch of times.
Should I just wait a few more hours? I don't even know how long it was after my initial purchase, I just noticed it sometime after that I got awarded Cash.

Was the payment Successful? You can check in "History" or when it re-directs you back to the website after purchase. If it was successful, then I have no clue. However; for myself i'm having the same issue. But I'm getting the "error" each time. Perhaps their system is down or something. Try waiting till tomorrow.

Paypal send me an email and Paykassa as well!
I also spent the amount already in the online shop to buy some hedgehogs.
The only thing missing is the Kakao Cash I should be awarded, I assume.
