    Hello,
    I bought a rank 1 physical pvp ring <Archon Master Executor Commander's Holy Corundum Ring> today, and the NPC took my ap but did not give ring. Please help find my missing ring : (((((

    edit: Character is an asmo chanter named Ebunny. Happened around 4pm PST and I only realized after an hour. It was going to be my 2nd rank 1 ring : ((((

    You should post this in the eng chat on gamez aion discord so you can get help faster. Also, try to have some proof of what you're saying or ask them to help you with the purchase history/time. Even so, this is rare, but not impossible, because it happened to a friend of mine with a holy weapon.
