Missing Vell Reward bundle

    I joined with my mate yesterday on the Vell boss. We waited for the boss to spawn and shot at it as usual. He got an intermediate reward bundle but i got nothing even tho we were in a party. Since this boss spawns so rarely and it takes long to get there it is kind of sad to not have a drop. Is there any chance of a compensation ?

    Maybe he didn't damaged Vell to the point that his party would grant the loot? Yesterday I tried both groups and everyone got Vell's drop.
