Missing Welcome Reward

Hi I collected the "Welcome to Gamezbd enhanced" reward which was supposed to give me a T7 horse and a pet or something, but it never appeared in my inventory. Is there any other place it is supposed to appear? Im new to the game started about a week ago and my friend just told me I was supposed to get a T7 horse. I checked my "collected" tab and it says I already collected it but I cannot find it anywhere. any help would be appreciated thanks!

 

I clicked on the gift box to accept the gift, but after that it never showed up anywhere. I checked those two places you pointed out too

 

Of course you also checked in stable, the "register" tab?
It should highlight this item.

Yes I checked the register tab in the stable and it wasn't there.
