Mission bug

Returned to BD a few days ago and picked up Corsair,

went through the first couple of mission and got stuck on "Unaccepted: Onward to New Horizons"
It says - talk to Igor Bartali but I don't have anything regarding the mission on him
Someone says talk to his Daughter Ema or something but she gives nothing either
The mission requirement is "Complete quest: The Return" but I haven't found it I don't know what else to do.

I also tried restarting etc but that has nothing to with my bug apparently.

Any help would be appreciated,

Two "usual suspects" spring to mind.

First one is that you need to turn on "Show All Quests", on the Quest page, down at the bottom of the page, the small icons, the one to the Left.

Second is that you are missing a simple interaction, "Talk/Speak" option think it is "press W".

You just type in the name of the quest, and you should get a result that matches, along with all the details you need.
