    MKXVI actions are out of sync with voice​
    Bug Description:

    This should be the reason why Red Light, Green Light is so difficult.
    It's not a ping problem, because npc's ai will not be affected by ping.
    The moment it turned around, the system had already determined that it saw us.
    So when it starts to speak, we have to stop.    ​
