Best if I write this as a story.

I been playing around in forums since early 2008. Started on a forum for a very hot game for the time. I didn't know much about forums or how they work or even how to be a moderator. Late 2008, they accepted me as a forum moderator. I was clueless on what to do but the staff on that forum taught me everything. From how to identify threads that don't belong in certain sections and correcting incorrect sized signature banners to banning spammers and cleaning threads and posts.

After 7 months of being a normal moderator and chat mod. They promoted me to Super moderator. With super moderator. It was just like being a regular moderator but only difference is that they give you additional rights to infraction points and allowing you to remove bans and reverse infractions. It wasn't much harder to do so being a super mod was not that hard. I was a super moderator for about 4 months over the summer and into the beginning of the fall of 2009. They promoted to Board Administrator.

As an administrator, it was a completely different experience. They not only gave me more forum rights such as being able to view IPs and do IP bans and add and remove staff members and gave me the duty to recruit. They gave me the opportunity to play with game control panels. Such as if someone had problems with their actual game account, I was able to access their account using a secure control panel and it gives me some abilities to view their stuff such as currency, items and progresses. With this privilege, I was able to respond in the Tech section of the forums and help users out with their game accounts when needed.

I was a Board administrator from November 2009 - January 2010 where I left team for personal reasons but came back 2 months later as their Board admin again. After 3 months, the Game Admin retired from the team and they promoted me to that position as well as being a Ticket Admin. Which are two different positions. Game Admin allows me to have complete control of anyone's account and modify it but with of course, a limit as I was just a Volunteer. As Ticket Admin, they gave me permissions to the support team and allowed me to answer Emails from users who chosen to email support. I am still currently a Game Admin/Ticket Admin but I am capable of doing multiple jobs at the same time.

6. Why Should we choose you?

I have always enjoyed volunteering for forums. I enjoy being part of a community and being able to do things that only a select amount of people can do. I enjoy being able to help someone. I know how to work a mod panel and admin panel with VBulletin 3.6.8. The only thing that I know will be different is the community as not every forum is the same. So adapting to a new community as a staff member will be a challenge.
