Just to clear this up for you, it would only be 20% if you were using 2 daggers. For multi hit weapons, procs are possible on each hit ie. a sword hits 540 54 5 the chance would be 30%, two swords would make it 60%. If you use a skill it is 20%.

That is all.

 

Duel wield doesn't give you 20% it gives 15% (For 10% godstones) The offhand is halved~ (Unless it's a 1% GS)

 

Why would it be halved? It's hitting the same amount as the first.

 

Don't ask me, it's what I've heard from all the Sins on Retail, even Moony said it.

Anyway this is Gamez. For all either of us know it might really be a 50% chance like people cry about.
