    So I am back to aion these few weaks, but i cant find the npc that sells <Morph Method: Perer>. The NPC supposed to sell it is Divine Fortress Quartermaster, Smintian, but i cant actually find him, or any other that could sell it.
    I am also looking for Perer Aether Jelly Recipe, if you know where i can get it too..

    Your help would be very usefull, ty
