Morphing Recipes or Guide?

Hello friends.. i am relatively new in gamezaion. i am trying to complete the expert alchemy quest and some of the materials needed for the item are morphed items, But where do i get morphing recipes?
doing a little google searching i found there is an npc inside the divine fortress that sells morphing recipes, but somehow i doubt that goes for our server as well.
So long story short.... where can i get morphing recipes?

Inside of your race's main abyss fortress (Teminon / Primum). You'll find them, they have odd names.
