Mount exp from outfit and costume not applied fully​

Bug Description:

One tick of horse training exp without bonus is 2496 per 7 seconds.

The trainer's cloth's description says +15% mount exp, and Venia riding attire is +20% mount exp.

So one tick should be 3370 per 7 seconds, but it's 3168, or ~26% increase instead of +35%.

I've tried the 2 outfits individually, trainer's cloth gives ~11% and Venia riding attire gives ~15%.​

How to reproduce/proof:

Wear trainer's cloth or Venia riding attire, and look at horse exp for tick.​

 

I just tested.
Go buy 2 gray horses, level it to 2 level
So u had 2 level 2 horses with 0 exp
Now without eqip first changes on level give 3200
Now second horse with equip Venia + Clothes give 4320
So u got 1120 exp bonus its 35% from 3200
Rejected.
