Mounted Attacks Not Hitting/Registering

    Been noticing some issues while mounted as a Wizard. Initial attacks don't often seem to hit or have any effect (lightning, chain lightning, fireballs). However, the secondary attacks usually do (residual lightning, fireball explosion, ect).

    I've dismounted and tested the attacks and they hit fine normally while off the horse. But as soon as I mount up, the attacks don't seem to connect anymore. Anyone know if this is a bug, or some other mechanic I might be missing?
