multitude of problems

im having some problems trying to get into the game for gamezaion,

there are instances where i cannot connect to available game server, when on the launcher it shows servers are online,
there are times when im logging in and it says ive been disconnected from the server
ive reinstalled the launcher, its in the correct folder, c/program files(x86)/ncsoft/aion
im just curious is there anything else im doing wrong??
ive looked all over the forums for threads that may solve this and havent found any.
no antivirus, no firewall blocking, help?

 

did you download the game via ncsoft? or the torrent file?

 

i have downloaded NC soft regular aion, and also the torrent version as well.

 

i would suggest that you install the launcher on the torrent file folder instead of using the ncsoft folder.. main reason is the server is still at 5.0

so even if i dont have the 4.8 .. just download the file through torrent again?? am i understanding that correctly?

 

uhh you should have the 5.0 version and if you dont have it i would suggest using the link that was provided by @Albatross for DL guide.

i have the 5.0 for regular aion, and i have the 5.0 for gamezaion.

 

does the 5.0 for gamez has a separate folder? if yes install the launcher there

 

where am i to torrent it to, the c/programfilesx86/ncsoft/aion folder?,

or is there a seperate folder that should be made for this.

 

i dont believe so no, ill torrent it into a seperate folder and see what it does.

#1 Solution: Download and install Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 Redistributable Package (x64) then run again the Gamez Launcher.

 

ive deleted nc soft aion, and gamez aion completely, re-downloaded utorrent and going to try this again. ive also downloaded the C++ 2015 just as you said. ill give it a try once the download is finished and let you know what happened

 

Yeah, re-downloading the torrent is the easiest since the retail version is not compatible with our server as of now.

 

only problem is itll take approx 3.5 hours to find out -.-'
