Mutliple Issues (Mainly Donation)

I have two issues to address.

Firstly, I was unable to recover my Forums account, thus having to make this new one under a new email
because when I tried the password recovery for my old account under the old email, I would never receive
anything.
****As long as having two (2) separate forum emails doesn't effect my In-Game account, then this isn't
that big of an issue. I'm fine with the new username and what not.


SECOND and most IMPORTANT
Donation
I have sent multiple emails to both "[email protected]" & "[email protected]"
both resulting in no response.

That is why I am here. I have made a donation and would like to simply resolve the missing
credits. Below I have a copy of an email I had sent with some personal info removed.

Please help me out by getting this resolved. It would be greatly appreciated.

Just a small reminder: GamezAion GameMasters (AMs) are not responsible for issues which might come up with donations.The payment company (Payment wall / Super rewards) handles that, if you have got any issues with their methods you should try to contact them directly.
Anyhow, donations can take up to several hours/days to be processed, since they need to verify your payment (in order to avoid frauds).
