My 3rd ban appeal

Still no actions , been over a week now , i cant proof my evidance but i can surely show u how this Ruiko guy (hacking/no animation /low cast/no cast/speedhacker) prebanned guy ( un ussualy unbanned too) recorded me , while he was using speedhack on 14-15 to make me look fast with no scroll , he was expecting me come to record so he made a fake vid , that obviously some no exipirenced AMs cant see , and if u want i can go make some elyos speedhack too , atlast it will look like they are speed hacking while they will be using 16.0 speed , are u sure u want more Ban Appeals here ? If u can belive everything u see then realy , my 6 months i never been reported before , now u belive a prebanned hacker who made a fake video , realy ?? makes me puke ,waiting for some1 to respond ,after all this time noting changed on gamez ...
