My acc hacked

My acc was hacked all elite items gone, all kihan and remaining toll from donating gone too, i send text to admins but didnt get any answer, wth do u guys ignor such problems? i want my items back kihan and ... I WANT EVERYTHING BACK!!!!!!! admins if u read this pls help its not fun when u spend real money in ur server and u get hackt, even worst is when u report this no one takes action, gms sayd sorry we cant do nothing, what about money i spend? admins have login logs ip login adres when and where my items go in mail sell or trade pls chek it out and get hacker!!!!!! PUNISH HARD HIM!!!!!if not u lose donator wich was ready spend few houndreds for more items but im glad i was to busy for it with work and i dindt spend money for items wich would be gone now too,i hope u do something otherwise i start thinking admins adn gms, devs are covering hackers cuz he prob one of you!!! i hope im wrong and everything will be fixed soon.

Sucks that you got your account hacked, but rules are rules, Items can't be refunded nor can anything be refunded due to the fact that its the sole responsibility of the owner of the account to keep it safe and if anything happens to his/her account that's no-one's fault but the owner himself/herself, Therefore the Admins won't be giving any items back, unfortunately.

 

sad to say this but the likely good of you being hacked is 0 to none and some random.negative number that I can't think of at the moment. the only reasons you would have lost everything from you account are as follows 1) sharing accounts with someone you trust. 2) going to a ake gamezaion websitee and entering account information there for.free.credits outside of gamezaion.com 3) attempting to.use third party software 4) playing in an unsafe environment in any case your demand for everything back is mute as account security is your responsibility. have a good day.
