my acc has bean baned help pls

    Account Name: krsticv
    IP Address: dynamic ( don't know it)

    When i try to log in it says 'You canot access game through this IP'
    Site says that means im baned but i dont know why. Havent done anyting i shouldnt. Only item.pak if that is ilegal but if it is ill remove it.

    Pls help, at least with explanation
