My Account Bug? or Character? Items Cant Wear

    i was wearing my items on my templar and i switch it to my glad then suddenly i forgot an item on my templar so i switch again and after that moment i couldnt take off the item on my templar so i exit cause maybe it bugs next thing the items are missing and i still cant equip or unequip on both of my character and its full donation items aswell im abit worried missing my sword and shield
