My account disappeared..can't login

    My account on Gamez AION is not responding , i tried to request new pasw. but the system can't find my e-mail. E-mail is: [email protected] and there is an old confirmation mail at this mail adr. from GamezAion for my game account: Angelheart.
    It just seems to have disappeared,i have an important char. at this account, me & my friends have decided to return to Gamez so can you plz. help me?
