Website Issue My account gone *poof*

I a veteran player of this server, I used to play back in 2012 and I believe I revisited the server in 2016. according to my emails, where I can confirm my username, however I can't reset password or look up username connected with the email. I'd post the user name and email in the thread but I believe that might be a security risk.

 

If you're referring to GamezAION then accounts were wiped long ago, during the release of 7.0 version and we experienced another data/account wipe during this 4.6 Classic version release, so to answer your questions.

• Old accounts are deleted.
• There's no way you can recover anything from it.

 

If you want, you can level up again and play with us. With x10 rates it's easy to level up. Most of us are at elyos, but we should really need some asmodians as well. Think about it. Either way, you can get help in both factions.
