Solved My account returned 3 hours

I was making a fugar diary. I took a break for 1 hour but fell out of the game. And everything I've done is lost ??

 

Yeah sorry to inform you, there are server "rollbacks" on occasion, which means that there was a bug of some kind that some players took advantage of, and because of that the management has to "rollback" server time, and undo everything so that no one can cheat because of bugs. They usually do a "rollback" when they find a bug, and find out that it is being abused by a lot of players, then they fix the bug, and restart the server, with a time loss.

Happens sometimes, and as a longtime computer player, I take it in my stride. I play because I like to enjoy my downtime online, playing a good game with loads of content. I really don't have any complaints at all when this happens, as I am fully aware that computer games are meant to waste time and nothing else

 

Well, there's no announcements or bans regarding any player taking advantage.
But yeah, we had a 5 hour rollback due to a bug with Contribution Points.
Anything done during this time, since the first came back of the server, has to be done again.
We have sent some compensations to in-game mail for everyone.
