My account was suddenly blocked.

    About 4:30 when I went online, I found that everyone's names were red.
    I tried to attack and found that everyone could be attacked, including NPC Leve49 and my union members.
    Ten minutes later my account was banned
    I don't know what happened.
    I didn't make any cheating procedures.

    What family name is banned? Because the one you mentioned above has no bans.
