My Banned Telegram Account??

Dear admins, hello everyone.

I'm having a problem, I've been playing the game since 2018. Recently, I wanted to join the Telegram group and when I tried to join, I saw that the group is private. I spoke to Kolka and he said I was banned. I don't know about this subject and the last time I remember it was interaction via Discord server. Since it is an online game, my aim is to have a more enjoyable time by interacting with other players together and to consult other members of the community for help when I have a problem. I don't think there is a problem, if I made a mistake I apologize to you about it and I promise you that this will not happen again. Can you please help me to get my ban revoked?
