my character can't view the mails in mailbox and sometimes gets instant "disconnect"

    My character can't view the mailbox where I mailed some of my important items and when mostly I get dc'ed before I can click the mailbox...
    can this be fixed sir? my set (anuhart sorc) and taha tome is still in the mailbox...
    please help me...
