    system menu>option> reset windows. Try also just press enter, chat become invisible when inactif

    Right click over the chat bar and click clear tab, it should reset the chatbar since you most likely scrolled up. If you have tried relogging already and the problem is still persisting, right click on the chat bar, open up the different selected tabs and take some screenshots to show us what you have marked. I have never heard of a chatbox bugging before though.
