My class is so balanced LOL

When it comes to damage my previous legion <Sanitarium> and I was testing the damage percentages... This is not a fact before you start trolling me xD.. When I use ABG weapons the dmg is twice as much as of using a masta weapon etc none abg period, just because of the little pvp % dmg it adds.. it should only be adding abit of %dmg not doubling your dmg.. so Im not sure but lets say a masta wep will hit you for 2k but abg will hit you for 4-5k and this are non crits.. The % formula for the abg weapons might be bugged not sure yet though.. still testing this bug out if its worth looking in to. same goes for the armor pvp % it adds its more than it should add to the percentage... As of assassins I quited mine for now assassins on this server makes me sad xD...

I love all the ppl that think that templars are OP in duels so they play one to find out they suck at pvp. Good thing this game isnt a 1v1 game huh.

 

PvP attack effectively increase your dmg outpout in PvP by "2%" ...
If you are doing 1000 dmg in PvP .. and you will have +10% pp attack .. you will deal "1200" dmg ..

As far as I know, Templar´s + % attack skillsonly increase his attack, not the base dmg of the ability ...

From my point of view, the formula of "Ability scaling" is .. Ability dmg + "Psychical attack" = dmg dealt ...
Today I was hitted for 4500 dmg NON crit .... I am wearing full EGT armor .. that means something about 17-18% PvP deff .. LEts say the attacker had full PvP attack ... so he had aprox +10% pvp dmg ...

Let´s do the math ... He did 4500 dmg ... 4500 dmg is a 60% of his "PvE" dmg, so in PvE he would hit 7500 NONCrit ...
Now ... you serious ? .. If somebody want to tell me that this is "retail" like, then he should hit his head against the wall ...
For Normal Skill, with 16 sec CD to be hitting 4500 dmg in PvP is raw "bull .... " ....

Yes I play Sorc ... so Now All Sorc QQ will rise up... But Sorc is glasscannon, and he is supposed to deal tons of dmg ... On the other hand templar is made to outlast our opponent, but the reality is that Clotheees Need to have atleast 10k + HP to survive 2 seconds next to Templar ....

Fix is needed on this skill, or custom dmg reduction .... min 20%

 

Did you read anything else in this thread? I already showed pictures of me critting a full abg sorc for 7.3k and a full abg gladiator in PLATE for 4.3k non crit

If I am right, those skill only increase your "attack" dmg ....
I have non abg glad with taha/taha GS .. I am at 750 attack ... lets say some Uber geared templar have aprox 850 attack and 1300 attack with buffs ....

Upper dmg ranger of BP is, If I remmeber correctly 2500 dmg ....
So If my Formula is Right, it should do 2500 + 1300 dmg = 3800 dmg noncrit ... probly the formula is not just like this ... but i am sure they should not do 7500 non crit as they do now .....

 

Oh wow Im sorry that makes it totally ok for one ability to crit for 7.3k on full abg, did you forget the part where assasins have a 100% attack buff a 40% attack buff a 50% buff and another 100% attack buff if you're asmodian and yet with ALL of these buffs up slash and dash only crits for 3k at the most? Its simple math stop trying to defend your OP class lol I don't even want to talk about how wrong you are

Hey look, people on retail think of this guy as one of the best templars and what can you notice from the video? That's right, break power is one of his lowest priority moves and the times he does use it, it CRITS for 1700

 

It's not that their OP... it's just that their BP is completely off. Temps on Retail don't even depend on BP to kill everything, like they seem to do on Gamez. On Gamez, their normal chain skills hit utter rubbish, and then they get a sudden huge burst from BP. Whereas on Retial, Temps actually hit pretty constant, good damage with their chains/other skills; as for BP, I've never taken a BP hit that has been higher than a 2k crit and that's considering I'm SW/40e, and that damage is from decently geared temps ~ Such as 40/50e ~ Extendable + Pvp wep.

And I'm surprised this thread has reached 12 pages ._.

 

7500 break power non crit on a mob with no gear on besides my weapon, did you know that people on retail with full gear on can't do 7500 BP non crits?

It's reached 12 pages because of all the templars on gamez that think 7.3 BPs on full abg players is normal, they really need to fix templars damage calculations for their skills to make every move do average damage instead of everything hitting for crap except BP which can potentially 2 shot you

Lmao, yeah well it was the same thing with Glads stumbles back a while ago. Anyways, the only issue is that he can't exactly decrease the damage of the skill, but only the overall damage. I'm pretty sure he's able to reduce BP back to how it was before it started hitting massively.

 

Mhm no bad Intentions here but its for all classes with ABG gears they sooo do def more and do more dmg than all the weapons like twice as much not by pvp percentage.. Im still looking in to this so im not sure yet. Currently testing these on my Ranger / Sin / Templar / Sorc etc full ABG geared.

 

should have implemented cast range check function again too. shield burst could hit up to 7 -10m once the temp cast it.

 

Don't forget that is neglecting all pvp bonuses that apply to them.

It would have been greater than 7.5k

 

Take note as every single templar that has been defending break power in this thread wont respond to this post because they themselves don't want to believe BP is imbalanced in any way
