    Hello. My friend lost password on acc(donator acc) only know login and email but the email not sended 3 days now so can any admin help ?

    some emails dont seem to work properly for the pass recovery, ull have to pm them. alente/bryne/ashtar or one of the senior AMs can help u

    include the username and the correct email so they can send a pass reset (in the pm not here)

    I can't login to my account anymore, i was on it (on website) a few days ago
    when i fill in my username pass it says "That user does not exist in our database. Click Here to Register"
    i tryed the reset password but it claims my email does not exist.
    i have donated alot and i'd like my account back

    who do i contact for this?
