    i think shes stuck with her account...sorry if i didnt post it in OFFICIALL UNSTUCK REQUEST THREAD..i just want to know what she need to do...

    everytime she log in, it always says:

    FAILED TO CONNECT TO THE GAME SERVER


    any idea? we already tried to re install the GAMEZAION LAUNCHER,..

    thanks forward, just need your advice..

    Since I'm going to assume your friend has upgraded to 2.5, Have your friend rename the folder called bin64 to something else and attempt to run the game again.
