My game freezes -.-

    When i come close to an elyos or when i just spawn i get like a 30second lag to where i can still walk around but i cant attack anything or cast spells. I'm starting to get realy mad when i come close to an elyos i freeze and 30 seconds later im dead -.- its starting to P@!$ me off >< Any suggestions to fix it??????
