My game isnt starting :/ (not trying to spam)

Hello guys, here's the thing, im having problems with my game, i have download it with no problems, and i have installed it successfully, but, when i open it up immediately crash, well, my English suck, but, other way to say it, its like, when i open my launcher, all runs with no problem, but, when the game is starting to load it gives me the the problem window, will attach a couple pictures of it.
Look, all looks normal when i start it

Now, when i press "Start Game" this problem show up, it is at spanish, but i think is the same problem window as English or other language

P.S.
My brother and me have installed the game from the same carpet, it is the same size and have the same folders, so i would like to now how to fix it
If you guys need me to put this at another part at the forum i will do it. I am putting this at the question section too, i am not trying to "spam" im just trying to play, and if you need me to delete the thread i will do it.

sir try to post thread once everybody can read your thread...

my concern is that your OPERATING SYSTEM.... WINDOWS XP OS is facing some problem right now... so wait for further announcement and update....
solution: you can upgrade your OS to windows 7 OR 8 ....

 

Heey, thanks for the info, and sorry about the 2 threads, i dont really know if it was a "Question" or it was a "Problem" so i just put it on the both places.
