Solved My game keep on Disconnecting!

    Just like on what I said on the title.

    I keep on disconnecting whenever I reached Asula Highland (Mediah). I tried deleting my cache and everything to fix this issue but it keep on persisting.
    I don't know why it happening on me the only way to fix this is Rescue it via website and teleport my character to velia.

    How to fix this? It kind of annoying.

    Is it a disconnect (you see a "reconnecting screen") or you just get a Crash To Desktop?
    Have you tried a VPN to see if the problem persists? Because it might be due to your connection, but if the problem happens only in a specific place, you might wanna try a Force Check under Launcher Settings.

    I mean it keep on crashing. And I found a solution tho.

    I just go to another way and avoid asula. But when I tried to go to storage keeper on Altinova my character stuck in front of the Storage keeper npc and crash. When I go back still stuck and crash so I rescued it again and never go that spot .

    I tried force checking it but my game still on crashing when I go to asula or go around the Altinova.

    I'm sorry about my grammar.

    Crash is not normal, so I would try another Force Check. This time pay attention if the launcher download any file, if so, than you still have something corrupted and that's why you have those crashes.
    It could be a lot things, but let's start from the basic:
    Recheck GameZBD exceptions on your Firewall and Windows Defender. Do you have any antivirus/malware? Try disable it. One of those might be triggering false alerts and sending game files to quarantine.
    Firewall: add Launcher/Client and give all permissions.
    Windows Defender: add game folder "GameZBD" and Documents folder "GameZBD" as an exception.
    Antivirus/Malware: look for anything related to advanced protection and turn it off (if it doesn't work you might want to disable it while playing).

    Will try tthis. But I dont have any antivirus or malware installed here. It make my laptop so slow so Will definitely try those option you gave me. Thanks

    well I tried those option. When I tried to recheck it will load like 2 to 4 mins then it will stop then the status will say "Torrent Error" I tried restarting my laptop still persist. This is what happened when I tried to force check it. https://imgur.com/lgM0t1M

    It could a be a lot of reasons... Could you check if your game folder is in the "read only" mode? If so, uncheck that option.
    Re-check the permissions for Launcher on your Firewall, give both permissions.
    Do you have another torrent running while you use GBD launcher?

    ahnmm I fixed this issue 1 day ago with redownloading the whole game again. But if I ever have that issue again I will try thos option. Thanks you so much!

    and it came back again with torrent error on status.

    I already tried those option again. I might go back on redownloading the game. T-T But I have a limited data

    I have merged your last two posts, please, use the edit function next time to add more information.
    Now... Everytime you install the game you have to recheck its exclusions on Firewall and Windows Defender, however some ISP may block access to GameZBD. Have you tried a VPN just to pass launcher?
