My GamezBDO keep crashing

    So i launch my game and im doing alchemy right now, and i look at my phone for a few minutes and it crashes, it just started happening today. the longest its lasted so far is about 10-15 mins. i really need help. ive tried to force check the files in the launcher setting and it still happens

    I ve the same problem never happened before playing over a year just started today annoying as f.

    I had a problem like that after updating my vga, Kolka said to Delete (I moved) the Black Desert folder from "Documents".
    It worked, but be aware that this will remove any configuration you have ever made.
