Hello Master , MY GR Dragon Shield disappeared
it was +L +RD +DD +DSR +13 +Yellow Opt (Damage Decrement Increase)
Acc : hahduar
Char name : pOoFaCe
Please Help Me .

1st Its wrong section (sry Am can move this theard to Mu section)

2nd we need SS to see ur shield with option

 

lolz i think u can go to GR Section and check if my char made GR or no

 

lol its easy u need recover it with no ss how we know its gone we need proof its easy u can sell it and need recover again post with Good Proof not with words

Simple . Prove SS to let us know that your item exist . Even we check you're been Grand Reset , you could have trade to other account or sell it or sell to npc by mistake .

 

Master Aeon , i have lost my GR Dragon Shield and Hyon Set +13 in the vault

Prove With SS we can't Recover without SS

 

I think Masters Carl or Aeon can check the logs and see how did the shield gone....

 

About your FO items = i can't do anything till i discuss with Carl .

GR items i will check it tomorrow . Sometimes log doesnt show how your items lost
