My items VAnish :(

    my IGN is Isaiha(glad asmo) or lltakeoll(templar elyos) i was former elyos now I am an asmo.

    When i want to change race i put all my items in account warehouse
    When i created asmo i saw my items in the account warehouse
    then i pull it out after 30 mins my items were vanish i dint know that will happen :(
    There was no warning that the items in the account warehouse will be deleted to
    since this is the first time i use forums i dont know what to do i talk to some AM
    Even the senior AM they told me only an HGM could help me please help me with my
    problem i work hard for almost a year for those items they just disappeard after 30 mins
    please help me :(

    you should have whispered a staff member and asked them about race transferring
    unless you know 100% what your doing is safe always try to contact an am first :x
    and anyways to return your items you would need proof of each item that was in the account warehouse

    Same thing happened to me just now. I haven't played for quite a while and decided to give it another shot. I put items in my account storage and when I changed toons to get the items out they were gone. I don't know what happened or why...any help?

    Well, I did this once. I kept one elyos character and I wanted to have my 500 speed scrolls +other stuff to the asmo side as well. So when I deleted my ely to make asmo the scrolls + other stuff was gone.
