my platinum is gone

I dont know how to prove it coz i dont have an ss but yesterday i traded my 1.5k vip to 304 platinum when i log in around 10am its still there but this evening when i log in again my platinum disappear please any Gm can help me regarding this matter

 

..u have been dupe scammed..remember the name of the trader then ask gm's to investigate..and look for ur game shop history..im not sure if this will be enough since u really need an SS..but if u have a chat log that will help..

 

AWt i never thought that duping is possible on 2.5 so i never take an ss i forgot the name but he use hes other char to trade

 

Sorry to say but we really can't help you without having any proof However , the staff could perhaps watch over this person you talk about to see if he's scamming others too. (Even tho the AMs are way too busy.. they're getting spammed too much cause of the bugs and because the people have questions about 2.5)

Anyway.. back to the subject , if you haven't proof about the trade - you are not going to get your medals or the credits back.
I mean.. people can just make a new character , say they traded with him and screen the trade , then transfer the items and say they disappeared to get them back and get some guy banned.. the staff needs to be sure before it takes any action.

And as casull mentioned above , it might be a dupe scammer. I personally haven't tested out the duping ways i know to see if any of them works after 2.5 but this is the first thing i've heard about duping since the update.
