Name character problem

    I am new player for Aion game but like on original after I tried all kind of name i got this message: You can't use the name....And on original they didn't answer to my problem. Any idea? Help please.

    Probably you are using something in your name like: numbers or symbols. You can create a character with letters only.

    That says "You can use the name", aka the name is available and free to use, click on "Create" to proceed
