NCC armor custom stats

Can anyone who has a NCC set say if there are any custom stats added when you equip the full set? ABG has this and I'm wondering if NCC does too.

 

Checked my sorc. Not that I notice.

 

what i do know is, in retail its easier or at least cheaper to get those ncc sets rather than abg sets, which is why the stats & hp abit lower all-around'ish..

& since ncc sets are quite rare on gamez, as in only available on special shops~ why not add those additional stats aswell not necessarily have to be higher than abg but adding something to it would be like cool dont u think? ..just compare the pilus primus which is literally a fable type of items & ncc orange'like which means eternal, the comparison would be a tad bit ridiculous ..& btw the lvl 2 conditioning on those sets arent actually boosting anything

well, my point is i think~ they should have add some additional stats to those sets aswell, since abgs arent supposed to have those additional stats anyway.. it kinda changed on some official patch or at least when abgs are actually obtainable on retail if im not mistaken & feel free to correct me if i'm wrong
