NCsoft Launcher issue.

    Ok i am trying too install Aion but everytime the launcher hits 98% it restarts from 0% all of the sudden then goes up to 10% quickly and then it flashes too 97% and then it's stuck.

    This happens every single time i have to install, and funny thing is it always stops at the same MB 9386MB i believe.

    I tried installing 4 times and it does the same thing everytime.

    I added launcher into exceptions and i tried bunch of other fixes that NCSoft suggests, i have latest .net as well.

    Help please
