NCSoft or anything to do with Aion whatsoever not working at all

    NOTHING IS WORKING AT ALL not gamez aion not NCSoft launcher not real aion... NOTHING D:!!! i totally deleted everthing aion realted off of my computer/restarted computer and tried to install the NCSoft launcher again and it still does the same errors which is shown in the screen shot below T_T does any1 know any way to help?
