    well i had same problem when i copy/pasted from one computer to another (on one computer it worked on another i couldent do sh1t about it cuzz nothink worked)...so i deleted NCWest and NCsoft forlders from (C:\Program Files (x86)) then download aion from official site and install+update from the beggining (it is still updating in my case :D but i think it will work :D)...u can try this or tell us more about your problem :D
